A snapshot of this morning's sales figures has revealed that Apple has shifted a staggering 1 million copies of its photo-editing suite iPhoto in under ten days.
The figure represents an astonishing success for the Cupertino-based company's picture-tweaking software.
When it debuted earlier this month, we were impressed by the app's feature list, which includes everything from multi-touch editing to the ability to create interactive Photo Journals.
Obviously, we weren't the only ones to take an interest in iPhoto's potential, with over a million people splashing the equivalent of $5 each to get their hands on this artistic application.
With a userbase growing that quickly, it's safe to assume that the airwaves are pulsing with high-resolution images being passed between iOS devices via the app's wireless sharing system Photo Beam.
If you want to participate in the photographic fun, iPhoto can be - cough - snapped up from the App Store for £2.99 / $4.99 now.
