With Christmas just days away and the holiday season in full swing, it’s somehow appropriate that this week’s Top 10 UK paid-for apps chart is dominated by games, games, games.
I mean, there’s not a productivity app in sight. And rightly so!
So, Real Racing 2 has accelerated onto the British grid (again) this morning after a hefty price cut, pulling up in 10th position.
Halfbrick's Fruit Ninja, meanwhile, stealthily moves up from the #10 spot and into 7th place on the chart.
Why anybody would be thinking about fruit at this time of year, however, we don’t know. Frankly, it’s all about turkey, chocolates, and booze here at Qi HQ.
In other news, Grand Theft Auto 3 is holding steady in pole position, while Gangstar Rio: City of Saints furtively climbs the underworld AND the UK downloads ladder.
It would seem that for the Great British public, then, nothing says Xmas like carjacking and killing sprees.
