It would be easy to dismiss the Modern Combat series as a cheap Call of Duty knock-off. However, to do so would deprive you of some of the best FPS gunplay available on iOS. Hugely derivative, but hugely entertaining. |

Proving that not all of Gameloft's titles are facsimiles of console games, the developer really pushed out the boat for its recent Tintin movie tie-in. The result was a thoughtful, well-rounded experience which played to the strengths of both the franchise and the iPhone. |
