Here's how it works:

1. Choose your first responders from your address book
2. Set an alarm when you jump in a taxi, head out on a date or even go hiking
3. Check in when you're safe

If you fail to check in your emergency responders are notified by email, even if your phone is damaged, switched off or has no cellular coverage. Responders are even shown a map to your location and can also be notified by SMS via an in-app purchase.
